Introduction

At Sundar Sanskar and Swadhyay Mandal, we are committed to nurturing the potential of our youth and guiding them towards a bright and successful future. We understand that every young individual is unique, with distinct strengths and weaknesses. With this understanding, we have designed our Skill Development program to provide invaluable support and direction to students in 8th grade and above. Our primary mission is to help young minds identify their true nature and potential. We believe in embodying value education, instilling strong moral and ethical values in our students as they embark on their journey towards success. We recognize that many students face confusion and difficulties when it comes to making crucial decisions about their further studies and career paths. That's why we are here to offer guidance, support, and a clear roadmap for their future.

Implementation:

To ensure that every student receives personalized attention, we have two dedicated counselors who work closely with them. Our counselors are skilled in identifying both the weaknesses and strengths of each child, helping them make informed decisions about their education and career. Verbal counseling sessions are a crucial part of our program, where students can openly discuss their aspirations and concerns.

We believe in a holistic approach to skill development. Apart from academic assessments, we evaluate the hobbies and other skills of our students. This comprehensive evaluation helps us create a proper map of possibilities for their future. We organize competitions, such as handwriting and essay writing contests, to encourage our students to showcase their talents and enhance their skills.
